Public offer agreement for the provision of services.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
In this public offer for the implementation of services, including attendance at mass sports, other entertainment events (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”), the following terms and definitions are used in the following meanings:
1.1. Agent – tickets-louvre.com acting as a concierge site, on the basis of a request for the provision of leisure services, support and customer service of the site - a concierge service for booking, placing an order to visit the Event;
1.2. Cancellation - deletion of the Order with automatic transition to free sale in the System. If the Order is not paid within 15 minutes from the moment the Order was placed, it will be canceled automatically (when paying with a bank card);
1.3. Order - a duly executed request of the Customer for the provision of leisure services selected on the Website.
1.4. Pre-order - an order formed from tickets and services that are booked with the organizer of the event.
1.5. Reservation - the formed Order, which is in the mode of waiting for payment by the Buyer;
1.6. The Buyer is a capable natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has the legal right to enter into contractual relations with the Contractor.
1.7. Leisure - a cultural and entertainment event, including a concert in a hall, club or outdoor area, exhibitions, shows, sports competitions, quests, as well as any other event.
1.8. Service Agreement - an agreement concluded (concluded) on the terms of this Offer between the Buyer and the Agent, according to which the Agent provides the Buyer with services for organizing leisure activities, as well as other related services, and the Buyer pays a remuneration to the agent for these services in the amount of 10 percent and more.
1.9. Contracts - the Contract for the provision of services and the Contract for sports and entertainment services, concluded (concluded) on the terms of this Offer;
1.10. Organizer - a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur who, on the basis of relevant agreements with performers, organizes and conducts the Event, and is also responsible for its conduct to the Buyer.
1.11. Website - concierge of the Agent - a website-concierge on the Internet, located at the address tickets-louvre.com, the rights to administer which belong to the Agent on the basis of the relevant transaction (agreement, contract);
1.12. Pricing - a list of services performed by the Contractor, containing the cost of these services.
1.13. System - an automated system used by the Agent, which is a software and hardware complex designed to organize leisure, accompany the client-customer to an event.
1.14. Parties - jointly the Agent and the Buyer, unless otherwise follows from the context of the provisions of this Offer;
1.15. Special agreement - an agreement concluded by a person interested in placing an order with the Agent on terms different from the terms of this Offer;
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision of leisure services by the Agent to the Buyers, as well as the provision of related services.
2.2. The provision of services is carried out exclusively on the terms of this Offer and only in case of its full and unconditional acceptance. Partial acceptance, as well as acceptance on other terms, is not allowed. The use by the Buyer of the services of the Agent on the terms proposed in this Offer indicates the conclusion of an appropriate agreement between them through the performance of implicit actions.
2.3. The funds for the completed Order are not returned, and the unilateral refusal of the Agreements is not accepted on the basis of the Buyer's disagreement with the terms of this Offer after the acceptance of its terms and conclusion of the Agreements. Refund for completed Order. is possible only in the manner and on the terms established by this Offer and the Agreements in accordance with applicable law.
2.4. A party to this Offer is only the Buyer who has placed an Order for Events solely for their own personal purposes.
3. SUBJECT OF THE OFFER
3.1. The subject of this Offer is:
3.1.1 Conclusion with the Buyer on behalf of the Organizer of the Agreement for the provision of services for the organization of leisure.
3.1.2 Providing the buyer with a separate package of services, namely:
- Booking an Order;
- selection of events;
-selection of categories with the best overview;
- search for categories for the selected event;
- registration of the Order;
- Express delivery:
- timely informing, notification of the buyer about the replacement, cancellation, transfer of events about the status of the Order.
- the work of the administration with the organizers of events, in order to provide the buyer with information about the service at the point of service (paid / free parking, food, etc.)
- SMS notification of changes in event programs, start or end time;
- work with a personal manager to accompany the client to the event (ordering transport services for the client, at the expense of the client)
